A gents Omega Seamaster 2576-4 wrist watch with attractive waffle dial, circa 1952. The stainless steel screw back case measures 34.5mm excluding the signature clover crown and displays only minor age wear. The factory original white waffle dial is very clean overall and has aged to a pale ivory. It features applied peaked batons marking the hours and a black printed outer minute track. Applied silver Omega logo. Silver dauphine hands and subsidiary seconds. Signed “OMEGA”, “SEAMASTER”, “AUTOMATIC”, “SWISS MADE”. Case back bears personal inscription.
Inside beats an Omega caliber 342 bumper automatic with 17 jewels. The movement is in clean overall condition, winding and running well and keeping time.
