An uncommon watch from a brand you don’t see every day housing a stellar 13’VZ chronograph movement. This Pronto chronograph was made in the 1940’s and features a full and thick 35mm screw back stainless steel case. Some pitting is found on the case back but overall very nice with sharp lug bevels.
Original finish silver turned light cream dial with radium filled indices. Original blued hand set with radium filled syringe style hour and minute hands.
Beautifully finished Valjoux chronograph movement is running well and keeping time with all functions operational. This caliber was also the base movement of the Vacheron & Constantin 13’VZ 434.
