1950’S LECOULTRE MEMOVOX WRIST ALARM

A scarce early gents LeCoultre Memovox Wrist Alarm watch in nice vintage condition.  The stainless steel case is 33.6mm and features a polished bezel, lugs and brushed case sides.

The dial is factory original and displays some spotting and signs of age.  Radium lume pips mark every five minutes with a radium filled arrow indicating the alarm setting on a central disk.  Radium also fills the original alpha hands.  Both unsigned crowns are original, the upper winding and setting the alarm and the lower winding and setting the time.

The original JLC hand winding caliber 814 is extremely clean, running well and keeping time.
